Il mio viaggio di nozze comincia con l’arrivo a Singapore, erano anni che speravo di visitare questa città.
Ormai conoscete tutti la mia passione per l’oriente e Singapore era una delle meta ambite che speravo di visitare, detto fatto.
Oggi vi consiglio le mete più belle da vedere, non vi parlerò volutamente dei musei e mostre, perchè una città la si scopre camminando e perdendosi tra le vie della città, non all’interno di un edificio.
Poi non stiamo parlando del Louvre di Parigi e del Guggenheim Museum di New York.
Oggi vi consiglio cosa vedere in tre giorni a Singapore ,
Singapore è una città da visitare soprattutto la notte, per i suoi giochi di luci e colori che contraddistinguono Marina Bay, uno dei quartieri più alla moda della città.

Cosa visitare il primo giorno a Singapore

Vi consiglio di soggiornare nella zona di Marina Bay, gli alberghi sono un po’ più cari rispetto alle altre zone, ma la vista è impagabile.
Andate a visitare il Marina Bay sands Hotel, tre grattacieli che hanno una tavola da surf che li collega dove troviamo una piscina più che olimpionica, ve lo consiglio caldamente.
Nella stessa zona troviamo i giardini botanici Gardens by the Bay, una sorta di parco futuristico che si compone di tre giardini.
E’ caratterizzato da giganteschi alberi artificiali che vengono illuminati al calar della sera, da cui gli italiani hanno preso ispirazione per l’albero della vita dell’Expo, credetemi questi sono di gran lunga un’altra cosa.
L’ingresso è libero ma vi consiglio di andarci di sera, è tutto molto più scenografico.
Sempre nella zona di Marina bay, troviamo il Singapore Flyer, una ruota panoramica dov’è possibile osservare le isole della Malesia e dell’indonesia.
Il giro dura 30 minuti e ha un costo di circa 30 dollari.
La vista è mozzafiato, ve lo consiglio caldamente.
Favoloso è dir poco.

Secondo Giorno a Singapore

Il secondo giorno vi consiglio di visitare ChinaTown, completamente diversa da quella newyorkese, qui si assapora la cultura e le radici della tradizione cinese , che io amo particolarmente.
Finita la visita a Chinatown lasciatevi travolgere dalla cultura induista, visitando il più antico tempio induista che si trova proprio nel quartiere di ChinaTown, Sri Mariamman Temple.
Sri Mariamman Temple, l’entrata è gratuita, ma lasciate una piccola offerta in segno di rispetto, per entrare nel tempio dovete togliervi le scarpe, quindi se l’idea di camminare scalzi non vi alletta, portatevi dietro un paio di calze.
Sempre nella zona di Chinatown troviamo, nella parte sud di South Bridge Road una serie di erboristerie e farmacie tipiche cinesi che promettono di curarvi da qualsiasi malattia con cavallette e quant’altro, da visitare ve lo assicuro.
Camminando vi imbatterete nel Buddah Tooth Relic, tempio buddista costruito solo nel 2007, ma vale la pena visitarlo per i suoi giardini.

Cosa visitare il terzo giorno a Singapore

Prima tappa del vostro ultimo giorno a Singapore è little india, qui troverete tutte le caratteristiche specialità indiane, dai negozi di spezie a quelle della gioielleria.
