The Promise Collection by Tommy Hilfiger

Thursday evening I attended the party for Tommy Hilfiger, where it was presentedthe collection “Promise”, 17 clothes for woman and 13 for men, all inspired by african bright colors. With this line, the brand known around the world wanted to help the MilleniumPromise, not for profit organization that supports people in need. The symbol of this efforts was the installation curated by Francesco Torres and Ambra Medda, a giant jar that projected images of children in the village of Ruhiirain Uganda.

Giovedì sera ho partecipato al party di Tommy Hilfiger, dove è stata presentata la collezione “Promise” ,17 capi da donna e 13 da uomo, tutti dai colori sgargianti ispirati non a caso all’Africa. Con questa linea il brand noto in tutto il mondo ha voluto aiutare la Millenium Promise, associazione no profit che sostiene le popolazioni in difficoltà. Simbolo di questo impegno è stata l’installazione curata da Francesco Torres e Ambra Medda, una gigantesca giara con proiettate all’interno immagini dei bambini del villaggio di Ruhiira in Uganda.
