Today I show you one of my recent purchases that I wore for a wedding, the dress is of Frankie Morello.
I really liked the combination, a little ‘impetuous fuchsia and orange.
A winning mix that enhances the light tan skin and the complexion of the face.
The gap on the leg is discreet and we can choose whether or not to put in prominence.
For a church wedding must always remember to take with us a pashmina if our dress has bare shoulders.
If you love long dresses but prefer something “less cumbersome” then opt for a cocktail dress to the knee, the other tones to avoid is that of black that is associated more to the funeral, then to dark and sad moments rather than the joyous moment of marriage.

Accessories to wear as a guest to a WEDDING

Come scegliere l’abito giusto per un matrimonio

Quando riceviamo nella casella postale l’invito ad un matrimonio, siamo subito sorridenti e felici, per i primi 10 secondi.
Poi scaturisce in noi l’ansia di cosa indossare, come indossarlo e che accessori abbinarci.
Un gioia comincia piano piano a trasformarsi in un piccolo incubo, ma tranquille oggi vi darò consigli e dritte su come essere sempre impeccabili e pronte per ogni occasione.
Sicuramente ognuno di voi saprà le regole del galateo che vanno seguite e applicate, ma rivediamole brevemente insieme:
– La lunghezza dell’abito dev’essere sotto il ginocchio, inevitabilmente e comunque questa è una regola fondamentale da rispettare.
– I colori da evitare sono: il viola, il rosso e il bianco.
Viola perchè nei tempi passati questo colore veniva associato alla pasqua e in quel periodo gli artisti di strada non potevano esibirsi e quindi non avevano i soldi per mangiare, da qui il viola in certi ambiti viene associato alla sfortuna, quindi meglio evitare.
Il rosso associato alla passione e viene considerato un colore troppo vistoso, quindi anche questa tonalità è da evitare.
Il bianco, per ovvi motivi lo lasciamo alla sposa.
Diciamo che questa è la base del galateo che va assolutamente rispettato.

Abito lungo: la scelta perfette per un matrimonio

Come già ben saprete l’abito che prediligo indossare durante un matrimonio è quello lungo, elegante, etereo e non passa mai di moda.
Oggi vi mostro uno dei miei recenti acquisti che ho indossato per un matrimonio, l’abito è di Frankie Morello.
Mi è piaciuto molto l’accostamento, un po’ irruento del fucsia e dell’arancio.
Un mix vincente che esalta la leggera abbronzatura della pelle e l’incarnato del viso.
Lo spacco sulla gamba è discreto e possiamo scegliere se metterlo in risalto o no.
Per un matrimonio in chiesa dobbiamo sempre ricordare di portare con noi una pashmina se il nostro abito ha le spalle scoperte.
Se amate gli abiti lunghi ma preferite qualcosa di “meno ingombrante” allora optate per un abito da cocktail fino al ginocchio, altra tonalità da evitare è quella del nero che sia associa più ai funerali, quindi ai momenti cupi e tristi piuttosto che al momento gioioso del matrimonio.

Accessori da indossare come invitata ad un matrimonio

Sicuramente come accennato nel capitolo precedente non possiamo non avere una pashmina, per coprirci le spalle durante la funzione religiosa, secondo immancabile accessorio le pochette evitate una borsa troppo grande tipo shopping bag che per un matrimonio risulterebbe proprio fuori luogo.
Ovviamente tacchi alti, chiusi per la madre dello sposo mentre sandali aperti per tutte le altre invitate.
