Les Eaux de Chanel

Parigi- Deauville Paris-Biarritz e Paris-Vernice,
una liaison di luoghi cari e significativi per Mademoiselle Chanel.
Ed è proprio a Deauville che si è tenuta la presentazione delle nuove eaux de toilette create dal naso profumiere Olivier Polge.
Polge fa il suo debutto in Chanel con Misia nel 2015 da li diventa ufficialmente il naso profumiere della maison.
I nomi scelti per Les Eaux sono significativi ed evocano periodi differenti della vita di Coco.
Il mio viaggio insieme a Chanel comincia con un tour nel giardino di Monet a Giverny, qui si possono riconoscere gli scorci dei famosi dipinti dell’artista.
Pensare che tra quelle fronde Monet passava le giornate a dipingere le sue ninfee e camminare nel medesimo giardino scorgendo passo dopo passo ogni suo capolavoro in natura ti fa capire quanto il talento di un solo uomo possa essere così sconfinato da farti provare delle emozioni del tutto nuove e ricche di significato.

Deauville – Hyppodrome- Les Eaux Chanel Party

Deauville, un luogo dove il tempo si è fermato.
Ad accogliermi le tipiche case della Normandia con tetti a punta e mura esterne vestite di tutto punto.
Il df motivo ricorrente le righe.
Orizzontali, trasversali o in diagonale le ritroviamo su la maggior parte delle abitazioni di questa piccola cittadina.
Luogo d’incontro per la serata è stato l’ippodromo della ridente cittadina.
Perché l’ippodromo vi chiederete voi?
Un altro luogo ricco di significati per Coco, la stilista soleva trascorre qui le giornate in compagnia di quello che è stato l’amore della sua vita Arthur Capelle, soprannominato anche boy.
Da qui il nome di una delle borse più richieste dalle clienti della Maison.
Una location suggestiva dove Chanel ha organizzato una meravigliosa serata tra fiori, banchetti di cibo e musica.

Troisville – La Maison de Modemoiselle
Troisville in una cornice surreale immersa nella nebbia sorge su una collina una maestosa villa.
Non poteva che essere la villa di Mademoiselle dove era solita trascorrere il tempo insieme al suo amato BOY.
Qui ad accoglierci Olivier Polge, che ci ha introdotto alle tre nuove neonate- fragranze.

Paris-Deauville,
È proprio qui, in questo paesino della Normandia che Chanel prende ispirazione per le sue collezioni più di successo.
Trae spunto dall’abbigliamento dei pescatori per introdurre la maglia a righe bianca e blu, i pantaloni svasati che mai prima d’allora erano stati indossati da una donna.
Chanel è sempre stata una percutrice dei tempi ed è proprio questo che l’ha resa immortale agli occhi del mondo.
Paris-Deauville s’ispira proprio a questo.
Il patchouli viene abbinato alle note agrumate.
Polge lo descrive con due parole: “woodly, aromatic”

Paris-Biarritz
Le note di mandarino predominano, insieme al Vetiver e al muschio.
Olivier lo descrive come “Floral Masculin”.

Paris-Venice
Le note dominanti sono quelle dell’Iris e della violetta.
Venezia un altro luogo molto caro a Coco.

Il Restyling del Packaging: L’ispirazione è anni ’20

Il packaging delle nuove acque ricorda il design degli “les Exclusives” ma l’origine è diversa.
L’ispirazione: le fiaschette d’argento che gli uomini erano soliti portarsi nelle tasche interne delle loro giacche.
Vetro trasparente, volutamente scelto per far trasparire il colore delle fragranze.

Les Eaux Chanel

Les Eaux des Chanel, a liaison of places dear and significant for Mademoiselle Chanel.
And it is precisely in Deauville that the presentation of the new eaux de toilettes created by the nose perfumer Olivier Polge was held.
Polge makes its debut in Chanel with Misia in 2015 from there officially becomes the nose perfumer of the maison.

My journey with Chanel begins with a tour in the garden of Monet in Giverny, here you can see the glimpses of the artist’s famous paintings.
Thinking that among those fronds Monet spent his days painting his water lilies and walking in the same garden, seeing step by step each of his masterpieces in nature makes you realize how the talent of a single man can be so bound to make you feel completely new emotions and rich in meaning.

Deuville, a city where the time is stopped.
To welcome the typical Normandy houses with pointed roofs and outer walls fully dressed.
The df motive recurring the lines.
Horizontal, transversal or diagonally we find them on most of the houses in this small town.
Meeting place for the evening was the racecourse of the charming town.
Why will the racecourse ask you?
Another place full of meanings for Coco, the stylist used to spend her days here in the company of what was the love of her life Arthur Capelle, also nicknamed boy.
Hence the name of one of the most requested bags by the customers of the Maison.
A suggestive location where Chanel has organized a wonderful evening among flowers, food and music banquets.

Troisville – La Maison de Modemoiselle
Troisville in a surreal setting immersed in the mist rises on a hill a majestic villa.
It could only be the villa of Mademoiselle where she used to spend time with her beloved BOY.
Here to welcome Olivier Polge, who introduced us to the three new baby-fragrances.

Paris-Deauville,
It is here, in this Normandy village that Chanel takes inspiration for its most successful collections.
Inspired by the fishermen’s clothing to introduce the blue and white striped shirt, the flared trousers that had never before been worn by a woman.
Chanel has always been a percutrice of the times and it is precisely this that made her immortal in the eyes of the world.
Paris-Deauville is inspired by this.
Patchouli is combined with citrus notes,

Tangerine notes predominate, along with Vetiver and musk.
Olivier describes it as “Floral Masculin”.

Paris-Venice
The dominant notes are those of Iris and violet.
Venice another place very dear to Coco.

Packaging Restyling: Inspiration is 20s

The packaging of the new waters recalls the design of the “les Exclusives” but the origin is different.
Inspiration: the silver flasks that men used to wear in the inside pockets of their jackets.
Transparent glass, deliberately chosen to reveal the color of the fragrances.
