L’importanza dello Stretching

The importance of Stretching
The importance of Stretching: the more time passes, the more stretching is taken lightly because it considered not useful.
In a society where everything is moving, everything is done in a hurry even in physical activity is likely to take the same concept.
Just seeing all the new courses that are born in the last years: Zumba, Cross Fit, etc etc …
And ‘common to think that the more you move the more you burn fat and more we train our muscles, but it is absolutely not the case.
Today I will explain the difference between a “pumped muscle” and a “real muscle”, but above all the importance of stretching.
You know the gentlemen that we see in the gym, you lift weights from day to night and seem inflated by the compressor?
Well that kind of muscle is a muscle pumped or rather fake, I’ll explain to create a kind of muscle it does not take a lot of time and that muscle is full of oxygen.
All cosmetic and anything essentially fist of a so pumped will be much lower at one of my fists, and now I’ll explain why.
The muscle to create needs time and constant training but not exhausting as that supporting the bodybuilder.
To explain, did you ever go to the gym indeed will kill the exercises and then as soon as you arrive to the sea in a week to stop the muscles magically disappear?
Here is that muscle is a muscle pumped oxygen, thus creating the real muscle?
Stretching Part One
The stretching is a good solution, now I explain what is really.
Before you run or do any physical activity should be made from 5 to 10 minutes of stretching to stretch the muscles.
This implies a better reaction when with the sport or with a series of exercises we go to urge the muscles in question.
For example, even before going on horseback I dedicate five minutes to stretch your legs and back, (read everything in my riding blog Here ) .
In this way the muscle will be sufficiently ready to undergo the stress of physical activity.
With exercise the muscle contracts and shortens, and unless he first we prepared properly we risk, tearing and unnecessary contractures.
The importance of stretching Part Two
The stretching is repeated even when we finish our physical activity so we have to stretch muscle and bring it back to normal.
If you do not do stretching you will end up with bulging muscles and full of oxygen, optimal effect if you like the model Omino Michelin.
Remember that you need to treat your body like a temple and constantly care prendervene.
